Apart from the savings that will be obtained by companies using black coal substitute will be the Water Savings that industry can utilize within Victoria.
Brumby and the minister for minerals and energy need to put a marketing spin, perhaps a nice letter to Penny Wong who is adament in staring the Greenhouse saving emmissions by 2010, will get the ball rolling.
