Rupert, the cash at the end of 2008 was $47,444 until they issued 11m shares at 2c. raising $220,000 via Fiori and you are well aware of the PCVF convert. note subscription compliance scenario; then you have one of ESI's major shareholders selling out, along with PCVF. Then you have the SPP...you're only hope IMO, which under current conditions, along with the rest, may be heavily undersubscribed.
