21% isn't as great as other SAAS stocks but NTO's valuation reflects that. It's priced at a significantly lower multiple than other ASX darlings (XRO) and also comparable companies in the US. I bought in just after the IPO, rode the wave up to ~$4 and rode it back down to $1.20 and dropped another 30k in.
For me, the track record of consistent growth from management, continued signing of huge F500 companies, and the fact that digital workflows are still a fairly nascent nascent segment leaves me hugely bullish on NTO.
