First red flag for me was lower forecasted 2h revenue than first, now a huge multiple for actually quite a small increase in overall revenue. Also, the synergies aren't guaranteed.

In my experience this is what businesses do when they can't grow organically. I understand they want to be the '3rd player' but jury is still out on that....

No wonder it's hardly moved in the past 12 months!
