Are these additional payments being made to a group of professional stock pickers, who took out loans to invest in their own company's stock, which has itself underperformed because of the poor stock picking of its employees? Thrse are the people being defined as the talent they wish to retain? Shouldn't they be trying to retain people who didn't go in the SPP because they identified Magellan as a poor investment?
