To me it wont be a CR. Take that back....... it shouldn't be a CR. Given 1.5B approx SOI and given they haven't really got started yet the less dilution the better for everyone. Having said that 88E must go close to the most SOI and it is still dawdling along. Maybe a super consolidation and bring it back to under 100M shares like WA1.......fat chance!

All I am saying is they appear to be doing stuff (finally) and they need money to carry on. So is there going to be a JV announcement. Who knows but these last two ann's do have a bit of a "time to look at us" theme. I hold a bunch so here's hoping. God I cringe when I read other posters say that and here I am saying it myself.
