This won't exceed 2c or 2.0 cents vwap until the $5 million funding is approved, which I believe will be on November 28th when shareholder approval can be sought easiest.

Our largest shareholder will hold this back until these shares are issued.

Has anyone requested an updated top 20 shareholder notice? It will be clearer if you can see the transfer of shares between our largest holder and our previously second-largest holder.

Also please re-read the announcement at the top of this thread—it's all you need to focus on at this time: "ESR secures Strategic Investment to advance Timor-Leste."
