Following up on your previous posts, Les, I have a few questions that perhaps you can address:

1. Regarding your statement, "and after having some key manganese players up there last couple of weeks the company is very happy with the direction that we have taken"—we know that Glencore was one of those key players. Can you confirm if "WMA Holding FZCO," our largest holder, has visited the prospects in Timor?

2. You mentioned MJ Ratta, "He has the option to put money in at 2c or 20% discount to VWAP, whichever is higher." My two-part question is as follows:

- Do you agree that the option to purchase is at its highest value at 2 cents for 250,000,000 shares in Estrella?

- The wording states "the option will be exercisable by the subscriber or 'its nominee.'" I interpret this to mean they can nominate an external party to execute this option. Is that correct?

3. Lastly, considering the recent fundraises—$350,000 and the recent raise of $1,250,000—in your opinion, will this be enough to initiate a drilling campaign?

And if so how long do you anticipate these funds will sustain our activities?
