You mean they have to complete feasibility study, look for capex and start mining 20kt of ore in 18 months?Isn't that...worse? At least they did proof-of-concept mining at Spargo previously.
It is the delivery and outcome of feasibility study, not ore.
I think technically all nickel assets are just liabilities at this point in time, so $300k sale is arguably reasonable.
