Correct, and there at suitors that don't actually need to build a new plant - so why not extract maximum value from them knowing their numbers are far better and faster than the scoping study which contemplates a greenfields site with a new build.
I have always thought IGO will life their bid at some stage - whether that be before the vote or after a failed vote.
Management are quite negligent to recommend an offer at pretty much the bottom of the last year or so. Lithium prices are starting to stabilise again and will likely rise soon due to China restocking, so that should also keep the pressure on the bidders as other Lithium stocks rise.
