Hi What’s , it’s interesting as schemes don’t seem to get referred to as takeovers and seem to have their own set of rules, eg they can offer different price to different shareholders etc. So some of the takeover rules don’t seem to apply to schemes. Even in your link they discuss Schemes as seperate from takeovers.
