Trying to be balanced here and can see fors and againsts in comments above,my take which is not advice is that it is a calculated punt which looks ok.Will it reach better than 50c,who knows,at this point I personally need 60 C to be ok,be happier at 70 +. That said I believe the resource is worth a fair bit more but sometimes a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush!!
