    Well possibly if they had the mining licence, there wasn't a takeover and ESS management were to make immediate commitments around contract digging and crushing, although I suspect even with all these things in place it might be more than 3 months. The Mining licence can't have come through because that would be a price sensitive announcement and it hasn't been made.

    They haven't announced contract arrangements for digging/crushing and while much shorter than the lead time for DMS / Flotation plants, I suspect there would be a lead time. The scheme of arrangement is likely to prevent the commitments required for a DSO operation being agreed. IMO there is no DSO decision and DSO preparation occurring until the outcome of the scheme of arrangement is known.
