I think the option where it goes ahead as currently planned is unlikely, I can’t see them getting the vote. Even if there is no other offer I’d prefer them to go on themselves, getting mining licence and test some of the 40 exploration targets they were recently spruiking and see what other options present. Why sell at a discount? This can only be a driver of the management, who either have a strategic master plan of which this is just the start of this process (which I hope), or they are looking to cash out all these free shares they’ve issued themselves. If it remains as is and it’s voted down I think new management should be sort and performance rights cancelled.
