Actually it's been steadily sold down on small volumes since Oct 26.
It could have been halted by slight buying pressure.
Panic looks like large volumes at low prices, over days, usually in response to some information the market thinks it has. None of that here.

The downseller determined that they were dealing with refuseniks last week when they got to zero volume at Jul2022 prices. Pre-auction conditions reached.
