    Yes...thatcould be the case for smaller shareholdings....But when larger institutionalinvestors buy a significant amount of shares (becoming majorshareholders).their information and research must be spot on. I would be verysurprised if the larger broking houses didn't do field visits or had opencommunications with management in this day and age of cyber communications.

    As for the directors / management team buying shares you have no idea of what their personal circumstances are and what their overall financial positions maybe as you are not privy to that information - so basically your argument is very poor. You have made a subjective opinion based on no or little facts - whereas the objective view is that we know there have been two large institutional Investors that have taken up significant positions in Medusa (via the ASX notifications).
