Groundhog, In my opinion management ownership is far more significant than institutional investor ownership. The obvious reason being that management are company insiders and know the business inside out.

I was originally attracted to Medusa because it seemed incredibly cheap. I would have thought that if management thought it was as cheap as I did then thy would have bought. If they hold a large position you also know their interests are aligned with shareholders.

Teo suddenly buying a significant amount of MML would certainly get my attention.
