re: Ann: Establishment of Multicurrency Debt ... If the 500 million was tapped out tomorrow and u said 7% interest that's 35 mill a year. Buying at EBIT of 6 even means NPAT around 8 times or 60 million approx. So would that not cover interest? Plus ongoing earnings could retire debt so interest expense would be reducing. The interest deduction also saves 10 mill in tax, seems to make sense to me.
