I'd be willing to bet that Cathedral was included using the "less conservative" numbers also. The resource there has over delivered, which to me, when all the others are getting hair cuts, looks like they negotiated this to keep the global Oz's increasing. I am expecting Cathedral to not be mentioned for a few years now.
