Is the response here today appropriate for the announcement? I don't think so. I looks like an emotional reaction / the final straw for some that are frustrated with the time lines.
At the end of the day, we had and increase in oz's and as others have said, the confidence in these numbers presented should have increased due to the conservative approach taken.
Delays are often heavily punished and this appears to be the case today, as far as I can tell the project is still viable, and will be highly profitable.
