that makes sense. Unless they think that approvals will be relatively easy to get as they have done all the environmental analysis already I think, and the area is on state land, so the environmental issues may or may not be there significantly.
the rpm high grade bits stand out obviously, but there you have accessibility issues that are bigger than in Korbel. Perhaps they do a mixed version? Trucking in high-grade material from RPM to increase the g/t of Korbel?
