    The divvy has fallen the last 3 yrs, now it's 15.9c, used to be like 17.4c, do you guys think
    the div will eventually go back up again?

    the other thing, why have they done all these buybacks, which you do when you have too
    much money. Yet now they just borrowed another $400 million, where's the sense in that?

    shoukdnt they have just used the money meant for the buybacks to pay down debt?
