Was trading at a 5-7% premium to NTA in the not so distant past. Also one stage today buy side totalled 31,000, sell side stacked at 1.4 million.
Got me stumped as to why - With deposit interest rates essentially at zero i would have thought stocks like QRI would be in considerable demand, Particularly for retirees etc...
In my view this is excellent alternative to Term deposits with about 10 x the return. happy to keep holding
