Can we ALL be more positive in our words of E.S.R. Set your goals and let ESR be part of it one of your goals. We, Estrella Shareholders are on a very exciting new journey of discovery. Management know what they are doing. Leave them alone to do their job and watch Team Estrella make us all money. Just support them and pass on congratulatory remarks on each milestone and/or achievement. This would be nice so they can see your appreciation. Did you know that Les our Chairman gets a "piddly $65,000" pay from us Estrella share holders in return for his knowledge and most of all his connections? Did you see the boarding pass of Chris & Les.? If not please have a look at it. They caught the midnight flight, commonly known as the "red eye" to Jakarta sitting in economy seats. They leave their families to work for us shareholders, finish work for the day. They both have no sleep and jump onto a Red Eye flight when they could have had a nice sleep and caught the 11.25am flight in Business Class. Like I said, support them and tell them so. We all like to know if we are doing a good job, They are human too.
My last bit is to say this : Honestly I love this company Estrella because I can "see" where it is headed. $$$$$$$$$$$$
