One might suggest that this long-awaited digital PFS isn't worth the paper its printed on if BMN are assuming a U3O8 price twice the average "post-Fukishima" 10-year average price.
With OPEX at USD40/t U3O8, I can see why....now BMN just need an inscrutable investor to "Energise" their project. P
