Its nieve to assume that the commodity will not rise from current price, demand drives growth in price aswell as macro conditions, you only have to look at iron ore. I am looking at the growth in the sector and supply shortfall and making my own assumption that the spot price will rise. Yes i am taking a risk but I prefer to buy a stock at the lower end of the commodity cycle than towards the top.
