All good IMHO boxes being ticked but the real kicker will be any offtakes and i mean binding offtakes and how that ties in with the decision to mine.
Good if we can tie in funding as part of the deal as that would provide us with funds to develop without to much dilution of S.P.
Of course, the U price will always be the one to keep an eye on.
