Agreed in all of the above but the one shining fact should be fastest route to market whilst the bull run is on.
The ramp up to expansion should have some design to factor in adding as you go production wise.
Money coming in the door gives all of that plus any continued price rises will add to the bottom line and mitigate funding for expansion.
