No horizontals planned for the niobrara so no impact production volume to put the company on the map. I think reasonable given their inexperience in the local geology and the cost if you get it wrong (US$3.5m) - let one of the majors prove up the adjacent leases.
Verticals not in production - as we knew. I expect stabilised produciton of around 20BOPD each when they clean them out, given the average to the south looks like 15.
For short term cash flow all depends on GM coming good - does anyone know the % of ownership in the first well? I expect a bit of a price run up around spud as short drill time.
