Hi Sergeant Major,
David just covered the reason for the delay in the AGM - in short, the auditors had a different view on the treatment of FX between UK entities which led to a restate of the last 12 years (a significant body of work). The end result was positive, showing an improvement in the balance sheet and profit.
Happy that there was not anything more sinister going on (you would have also noted that the audit opinion was unmodified)
