I am backing that with the partnership with Samsung, ETH will deliver over the longer term.
LMR-IWF is the legacy solution but will still be required for some years to come, as not all Emergency response orgs will be ready to upgrade their network infrastructure. MCX-LMR is the later technology and ETH has developed software for both technologies.
I am retired now but was implementing software systems in global co’s in a former life. So I have a realistic expectation about how long these deals take from negotiation to actual practical use. What I like about the Samsung partnership is that Samsung has the human capital resources to deliver global rollouts.

I have not bet my house on it, and it certainly will not be life changing wealth for me; however I managed to triple my holdings on the recent pullback. I believed the share had been oversold.
