IMO I find it ironic that the word "ethics" is associated with IRX when the CEO still hasn't informed the market that he is a part of a $440 million lawsuit.
After checking the Texas Judicial Records website, it appears they are still trying to serve Dr Sud. Given he has moved to Malaysia rather than buying a row of mansions in Miami, they probably will find it hard to locate him, he would be more elusive than Carmen San Diego.
