So Prof Hunter puts on his twitter an invite for patients to join the trial he's running and according to you that means he's having recruitment issues?
From what I've heard the researchers are happy with recruitment progress.

Recruitment is ongoing, the trial WILL be advertised and awareness increased during the entire recruitment period. Why on earth would he, a reasonably big twitter user, not post on his own twitter that he's recruiting patients for an OA trial?

Your 6-7 month trial start reference is also misleading. As you are aware that refers to a 4 person trial to test the trial operationally prior to much more recently starting the 440 person trial.

And yes he's the world leader in OA and yes you're a relatively underachieving individual (and that's understating it comparing yourself to him) are trying to discredit him for posting his trial on his twitter account.
