    i think you may be wrong about needing extra funding, Thomas Jefferson would be foolish not to subscribe to the rights offer, that will bring in another $4million to add to the $13 million they had at the end of last quarter,. Then if this 3rd quarter is similar to the last two 3rd quarters, then payments to farmers are minimal in the quarter.
