Great announcement! I think that the price is down because if there is some possibility of negativity (people thinking that there is not enough enrolment in the trials in USA) from any announcement, shorters/manipulators/accumulators will do what they can to scare people so that they can lower the price.
But to me expanding into Australia is great news!
