I understand why you might think they may not get overwhelming efficiency at first interm, but what's that got to do with introducing new sites? I don't follow the logic. I suspect they have been working on this extension for quite a while. But what's your logic here -- are you suggesting that they have enlarged the trial because they don't think there will be a stop at first interim? I don't see it that way at all, but am interested in your reasoning. If the trial is stopped for oe all patients on placebo (including those in Aus) will be moved to remestemcel.
