Or, someone has been given a nudge and a wink - maybe?
This is just confirmation that the trial here in Australia is moving forward - it's been 'happening' for some time. Better to have an announcement that it is progressing than one stating it is stalled or cancelled.
Also when these trials kicked off, deaths by Covid-19 here in Oz were under 100. They are significantly more than that now.
