Hmmm, I am the NIH. I've gone out on a limb and just dimissed the formally endorsed FDA EAU of plasma (rather a large political football) and am going to endure the logistical nightmare of including overseas location in my very tight and professionally run randomized controlled trials.
Would I do that if I was anything other that completely convinced on the efficacy of the trial I am running.
I am trying not to practice confirmation bias here, but its hard not to when the evidence is overwhelming....
