My point earlier exactly. How is the market not seeing this. There are ample US sites. The logisitics of adding an overseas site for the NIH is a headache. Why would they logically complicate their trial logistics like that? Either utter stupidity (that was sarcasm - these are smart people) or perhaps some other motivation....
