We'll try to stick to facts then

Like the fact MGC have been operating subsidiaries and bank accounts in Malta for over a year and half and yet there has been no clear vision of the money spent by these subsidiaries.

They 'consolidated' the expenses within the overall MGC Pharma accounts within the Half Yearly report due to the expenses being minimal and 'immaterial' in nature and size. Similar tactics were used to blind holders from the real expenses or cash outflow from the Derma division.

So I question, how much of the $8m-$10m funds raised for Malta planning and construction have been spent on Malta as holders were advised at the time funds were raised?

Why are holders not being given a true and accurate account of funds being spent on 'Malta operations'? I hope Nativ doesn't have authority over these accounts....
