If the GoG insist on moving forward with this case, & if they lose, then they should face all the consequences & have to issue the mining exploitation licence as well as pay the damages!.... Otherwise they should stop the case now & issue the exploitation licence !!!???....
They need to seriously fear the consequences of pursuing this course of action any further !!!???.....
