    Unfortunately, that appears to be the case.
    Playing with the big boys might not be as easy as its made out.
    My experience is that they often do back charge for:
    - Shelf Space
    - Marketing fees % of turnover
    - Special Promotions
    - Admin Fees
    - Inclusion in Brochures
    - Handling of Returns
    - Etc. Etc. Etc.
