Firstly I can't see the point of a TH for such an announcement... However what I do see is that Management's timing for THs is diabolical. E.g. For the last CR the subsequent TH occurred when the MM market was taking off. MXC missed out on what was effectively an industry wide launch into the the consciousness of the general public through mainstream media, when all the other major MM stocks had their most significant price appreciation to date.
Then this announcement; the TH occurred the day before ZLD announced "Positive Results From Pre-Clinical Breast Cancer Studies". Once again most MM stocks appreciated except for MXC because it was in a TH pending the release of their latest "strategic agreement". I guess that one was unforeseen, but I think Management needs to get its act together on this front and desist from instigating unwarranted THs!
