I would also suggest that farming out some production AND having in-house production gives flexibility. So, for example, Operon et al could be used to churn out the COVID tests in Europe, while the Brisbane line could be directed to produce the Sepsis test strips. Australia is likely to prove a more profitable market for Sepsis tests than Covid. Anteo takes the cream by making the strips here. A lot to like about this strategy, IMO.
