You couldn't legally sell a saliva (in the instructions) test before it's certified.
So if a client is waiting for saliva, we'd have to wait for the results and update the manual, then mass-print it.
In the mean time, we can still manufacture the strips and assemble the cassettes, gathering a stockpile in anticipation of shipping. All that needs to happen is for a manual to be put into the package.
