    The valuation is predominantly based on the released NPV. DFS is delayed on purpose (at least this time around). They will announce it perfectly timed to the Nasdaq float, for publicity and most likely show increase from sneak peek NPV.

    There will be a BMW announcement before AGM. Then EUR AGM. Then Sizzle AGM. Then DFS prior to Nasdaq float.

    There. I've said it. Sue me.
