“It is valued x dollars on asx” is not going to fly. Companies are worth what investors are willing to pay for it. Sizzle is willing to invest $150mil for a 20% stake. That values the company at $750m.
Brokers and Analysts have worked hard to provide a valuation for listing. The SPAC sponsors are convinced that’s the right valuation.
