    Critical Metals will become the subsidiary company of EUR, (as opposed to original subsidiary company, European Lithium AT Ltd based in Europe). Think of EUR as Alphabet, and Critical Metals as Google. This merger doesn't include other assets such as in Ukraine and Australia.
