It's not encouraging if Evolution Capital wants, as you say, to sell out ASAP.
Presumably they know the insides of EUR, and they don't see future gains in the price of EUR.
There have been comments on a conspiracy to force the price of EUR down.Maybe there is no conspiracy. Maybe some shareholders, like Evolution Capital, are not prepared to go on sleeping with yesterday's daydream of an announcement. So they sell.
