The‘equity consideration of $US750m’ ignores a couple of issues:
1.The assumption is that EUR shareholders can sell stock in the SPAC at $10.20
2.When in fact issued shares are in the new combined group- Critical Minerals - which doesn’t have a value.
3.This ignores also the 80% dilution of new shares issued in the SPAC
Thestatement made by the company & authorised by the ASX is incorrect andmisleading at best
